ARMY SPECIAL MISSION UNIT (DELTA FORCE) (THE UNIT)

It’s a real privilege that I can look down on my phone and see recent Text Messages/Emails from several Operators newly Retired from the US Army’s DELTA FORCE/CAG “The UNIT”. I will likely write a personal blog post in the future on what it’s like being pushed to your competitive limits professionally and personally from the good men inside of this elite special operations veteran community. Im very lucky to be associated within a small group of these American War-fighters and Patriots.

One of my favorites books and stories I have benefited the most is by

Command Sgt’s Major Eric Haney 75th Ranger – Delta Force Founding Operator

“Inside Delta Force”

When you read Sgt. Major Eric Haney’s book you will be instantly dialed into the mindset and preparation that goes into a Unit Operators mission skillset. Sharpening your mind and your skillsets is a great way to add to a RockStar Team.

Everything about the Army’s lessons and Sgt. Major Haney personal lessons he shares in his Book. Is applicable to daily life. Personally and Professionally. I live by his example and his mental fortitude to push through impossible obstacles. As should you.

Army Rangers always say when faced with big challenges? “We are just gonna have to Ranger On!”

Guy Spier

“The Education of a Value Investor” -Book

If I could summarize what Guy Spier means to me? He is the catalyst of my walk into Professional investing. Guy and Mohnish Pabrai are undoubtedly the Community leaders in the small Community of Value investing. And they mean the world to me. It could be 1am Saturday night and if I got the call they needed me in Subsaharan Africa immediately? I would find my way to them even if I had to charter a Private Jet and Parachute into the Jungle to find them. That’s what they mean to me personally and professionally.

Mr. Mohnish Pabrai

Mohnish is a Proven Entrepreneur and has had a Previous Exit and lauched Pabrai Funds with AUM of over 1 Billion, and wrote one of my top 3 favorite books on Ivesting “Dhandho Investor” I always make it very clear on my Linkedin page: I don’t have a MBA, I Have a Mohnish Pabrai “MDI” (Masters Dhandho Investing)

Mr. Pabrai to me is like the really Cool Uncle and Professor you go to when your trying to solve a particular life equation. Everybody loves this guy. And so do I. He has taught me that being humbly transparent is how we as Value Investors operate through life. If I were to leave you with one thought from Mr. Pabrai’s Book Dhandho Investor? It would be that Investing as a Entrepreneur is simply broken down to flipping a coin and lowering your risk as entrepreneur. “Heads I win. Tails I don’t lose much!” Please check out ““Chai with Pabrai”.

Simon Mann

British Army Elite S.A.S Member, Etonian, London Ambassador, Military Contractor Legend

Cry Havoc (CLICK FOR BOOK)

This book is going to be a long read. But absolutely worth the time.

I would highly recommend all C-Suite Executives who travel and negotiate in foreign lands to have Simon along side you. I promise if you hire him? You will most certainly Thank me later. Contact NOW (CLICK HERE)

Captain Simon Mann is a Former Military Officer who served in the elite British Army Special Air Service S.A.S. Interestingly Simon knew the man himself who founded the S.A.S. And delivered crushing blows to the Nazi War Machine during the British WW2 Africa campaign legendary David Stirling. During the early 2000’s Simon was apart of a Coup to over throw a Oil Rich Equatorial Guinea. The planned Coup did not succeed landing him in International headlines, and inside a Zimbabwe prison cell.

Interestingly you will probably be surprised to learn Simon Mann is a professional friend. Ive read his book cover to cover while training for a marathon during the 2021 summer. And if I have to share one of the greatest lesson’s this Man has truly taught me? It’s to be patiently aggressive while secretly & covertly waiting for the opportunity to advance your personal interests. If your not in a position to make demands. My reasoning? When you locked away in a West African prison? You do not have freedom to do just that. But you should absolutely work surreptitiously, creatively, and relentlessly to generate your own opportunities if your clearly negotiating a dangerous foreign environment, government, and people that is non permissive. Don’t give up on yourself, your mission, and personal hope. And for God’s Sake! Keep your behavior polite, classy, and respectful when dealing with hostile dangerous enemies. LoL

While Simon was imprisoned in Zimbabwe “Chikirubi” he was given the nick name “Shoomba” by the fellow Chikurubi Prisoners and his Captives in West Africa. “Shoomba” in the African Language Shona is slang for “The Lion” As you may be able to guess. Simon is that fierce. He likely Endured certain Torture and impossible unsanitary conditions, diseases, and all consuming filth while in captivity. And this makes him emotionally and physically hard as nails.

The truth is Mr. Simon Mann has been incredibly generous with me professionally and personally. And I look forward to our professional business opportunities that are happening in the near future.
